Clinical Psychology Consultations In-person & Online + Courses, Groups & Resources

Mental health is just as important to our general wellbeing as physical health. That’s why we treat psychology as an integral part of life rather than as a clinical experience.

Join us for a session in our warm and welcoming space in the Melbourne CBD.

Online therapy via Telehealth

Whether for health reasons, work or parenting commitments, you can now conveniently access online psychology sessions with our team. It’s emotional support when you need it in the comfort of your own home.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth consultations are held via a live video-conferencing platform offering you the same high level of care and support as an in-person appointment.

You can see, hear and speak with your psychologist in real time from the comfort of your home (anywhere in Australia).

We use Coviu, an encrypted video conferencing software made especially for health practitioners.

Fees

Our standard fees are more affordable than the recommended fee ($300) for psychological services. We are also more affordable than most Melbourne-based practices. Our in-person and telehealth (online video) sessions attract the same fee.

Clinical Psychologists

50 minute sessions are $235, which is competitive compared to recommended rates and other practices.

Under a MHCP from your GP, you will receive a rebate back into your account of $141.85.

Psychologists (Clinical Psychology Registrars)

50 minutes sessions are $190, which is competitive compared to recommended rates.

If you have MHCP from your GP, you can receive a rebate of $96.65 back into your account.

Provisional Psychologists

Our provisional psychologists are qualified psychologists from other countries who are completing additional training to qualify in Australia.

50 minutes sessions are $110. These sessions are not eligible for MHCP rebates. However, there is no ten session limit to sessions at the fee of $110.

Medicare rebates

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your referring GP, you can typically access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.

Private sessions

You can also attend sessions "privately" without a MHCP. This means that either a rebate will be claimed with your private health insurance or you will pay the full fee.

Check with your provider whether rebates cover telehealth services (telephone and video sessions).

Comcare and DVA

Some of psychologists can provide services under Comcare and/or DVA. Please ensure that you have approval for psychological treatment under the relevant program. Fees are generally charged directly to Comcare or DVA.
