The journey to mental health wellbeing can be an isolating one. Yet, we know that connection is vital for our happiness, managing our stress and checking our perspective.

 

This is the reason that The Inner Collective is offering group therapy programs and mental wellbeing events alongside individual therapy. All our group therapy programs are evidence-based, delivered by trained Clinical Psychologists, inviting and non-judgemental. 

 

Our events bring insightful conversations and knowledge from leaders in mental and physical wellbeing fields and from mental health advocates. 

 

Our aim is to build an open, non-judgmental and safe community for people who are keen to learn more about their mental health.
